Job Description

1. HR Organization Development & Relation Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Age 21 – 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in INSURANCE and related field is required for this position.
  • Know about Structure Organization concept in company.
  • Operating Employee Program and able to handle event.
  • Good communication skill and good analytical thinking.
  • Updatening Structure Organization and Coordination with related unit about change over SO
  • Doing Progam Employee Engagement.
  • Build communicative relationship with employee.
  • Reporting data. Using MS. Word.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Project New Initiatives
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Age 25 – 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree MIPA – Mathematics, Law, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in INSURANCE and related field is required for this position.
  • Systematic, Details and Proactive for solve the problem.
  • Working in Team.
  • Identify and Analisyst about issues in working area.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.

3. Assistant Manager Sales Administration – Agency
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Age 22-30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.

5. Underwriting Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Age 20 – 30 Years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in INSURANCE especially in UNDERWRITING Division the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Healthcare – Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Able to selection life and health insurance risk.
  • Review and processing quatation submission from EB and Actuary
  • Calculating Ratio Claim.
  • Calculation Sharing Profit.
  • Monthly report about quotatioan and closing.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
