Receptionist & Administrator
FRONT DESK SUPPORT
- Greet, direct walk-in customers.
- Answer incoming calls, hold and transfer accordingly. If recipient is not around, leave message on desk.
- Compose correspondence, fax, distribute and file, if necessary.
- Record, stamp and arrange for courier service for outgoing mail.
- Receive incoming documents or parcel, acknowledge and distribute.
- Compose, type, fax enquiries for staff activities.
- Arrange flowers for special events / occasions.
- Make travel arrangements – booking of air tickets & arrange hotel accommodation.
- Preparation and application of VISA for travelers as and when require.
- Arrange for hotel accommodations for incoming guests.
- Coordinating in-house seminars / training / workshops.
- Coordinate with office building maintenance officer on problems relating to the entire office.
- Ordering of groceries / refreshment for office consumption.
- Other assignment that Management may request from time to time.
- Female & Single, max. 25 years old
- Diploma degree from secretary
- Min. 1 year experiences as Receptionist or Administration in Multi National Company
- Customer & service oriented person
- Computer literate (Windows and Microsoft Office Application)
- Good communication skill in English (written & spoken) and other language(s) will be an advantage
- High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent team player
- Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours & under pressure to meet deadline
