Requirements

  • Male, Indonesian Citizen (WNI), with maximum age 27 years old
  • Minimal S1 majoring in Psychology from leading educational institutions in Indonesia or overseas with GPA of at least 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the recruitment and selection of employees
  • Understand and be able to use measuring devices psychological and competency based interviews
  • Active in English, both spoken and written
  • Computers literate (internet and Ms minimal. Office)

Industrial Relations

Requirements

  • Male, Indonesian Citizen (WNI), with maximum age 27 years old in February 2013
  • Minimal S1 majoring LAW of the leading educational institutions in Indonesia or overseas with GPA of at least 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the field of industrial relations
  • Having knowledge and experience in creating and implementing regulations of the company, dealing with DISNAKER and unions

Requirements

Flight Operation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the analysis and formulation of route performance test
  • Ensuring analysis of weather, NOTAM, and data relating to the implementation of aviation
  • Ensuring analysis of airports, airways, and navigation facilities
  • Ensuring the payload performance calculation
  • Ensure completeness permission to cross the flight path
  • Ensuring the formulation, mempubikasikan and documenting flight plan for every flight operations
  • Ensure the implementation of the crew briefing for each flight operation
  • Ensuring flight can be conducted safely and efficiently
  • Ensure effective supervision of flight (flight watch)

  • Education Min. D3, preferably Department of Air Transport Management and FOO
  • Having FOO with a rating of B lisence 737 Classics, input data FOO your lisence in the Training / Course
  • Not color blind, evidenced by a doctor
  • Not currently undergoing bond department at the Company
  • Adaptable, disciplined, and have integrity
  • Mastering English, spoken and written

CHEF ON BOARD

Responsibilities:

  • Check the food and beverage quantity and quality.
  • Food and Beverages Preparation and Processing.
  • Serving high quality and healthy dish with 5 stars restaurant standard (Fine Dining)
  • Discuss Food Nutrition with passengers and responsible of developing menu.
  • Communicate with the passengers about the dish and such as describe menus, discover passenger’s desire and give recommendation to the passengers and ask passenger’s satisfaction about the dishes that were served.
  • Assist Serving Cockpit and Responsible of safety and security.

Requirement :

  • Male / Female
  • Fluent in English (minimum TOEIC score 700) with a good Communication and Interpersonal skill
  • At least 3 years experience as Chef de partie or Sous Chef in the leading hotel or fine dining.
  • Good appearance ( clear complexion ) and Good attitude
  • Have Stable / Pleasant Personalities
  • Proportional Posture (min. 158 for female and 165 for male, with Ideal Weight )
  • max. 40 Years Old.
