Managing Consultant Jakarta

MANAGING EPM -HYPERION :

  • Manage EPM-Hyperion related with functionality and technical area
  • Presales and demo activity related with EPM-Hyperion to support sales team
  • Supervise, coordinate and managing EPM-Hyperion team
  • Managing resources in project

Managing TC, OS & DBA :

  • Manage technical, SUN OS & DBA Consultant
  • Monitor customization in projects
  • Managing resources in projects

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Oracle, UNIX.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Experience in Oracle Hyperion Applications, Oracle Database, and Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Managerial skill (Managing self, task, people and execution)
  • 1 Full-Time position available for Managing EPM – Hyperion
  • 1 Full-Time position available for Managing TC, OS & DBA

Technical HR Consultant Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing new requirements for new and existing client
  • Provide technical solution for the new requirements
  • Calculate mandays for the given solution
  • Manage technical resources and competency for projects and support team
  • Collaborate with project manager to ensure project timeline and result
  • Developing and mentoring technical leader on projects
  • Act as a support PIC for internal and external issues
  • Mentoring support team members for handling internal and external issues

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • PL/SQL programming knowledge
  • Oracle developer suite skill
  • TOAD knowledge
  • Linux / Unix commands
  • Preferable having human resources knowledge
  • Preferable having knowledge fo Oracle E-Business Suite Instalation, Patching, Troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Troubleshoot various windows-base environtment
  • Full-Time positions available.

Functional HR Consultant Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project planning and directing
  • provide day to day project management activity in Human Resources implementation area
  • Control project scope and approve changes
  • Supervise and analyze conceptual design of Future Process Model (To-Be) document creation
  • Supervise and analyze application system configuration
  • Mentoring functional team in project team organization
  • Ensure timely development and implementation of all phases of the system
  • Ensure the integrity between Oracle Human Resources modules and with other client’s legacy system
  • Analyze new requirements for new and existing client (pre-sales activity)
  • Calculate mandays for the given solutions

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Project management skill
  • Project management implementation methodology
  • Lead more than 3 full cycle Human Resource project implementation
  • Extensive knowledge ini Human Resources application
  • Functional profiency in payroll, employee administration, leave administration, recruitment administration and self service area
  • PPh 21 indonesia taxation and reporting knowledge
  • Full-Time positions available.
