PT Haleyora Power (“PT HP”), subsidiaries of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (“PT PLN”), which conducting business in-related to electricity in Indonesia. Establish in 2011, specialized in providing services for project management related to operating and maintenance (“O&M”) for medium voltage / low voltage transmission network and also distribution network.

PT HALEYORA POWER are seeking the best candidates to join as position below :

Business Development Analyst

Responsibilites:

  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with related Department to achieve revenue goals
  • Review the project planning, project management, and evaluate the present business development
  • Do negotiation related to business contract and procurement
  • Reviewing the budget and needs according to project/business contract
  • Provide contract monitoring and ensure that the requirements of contracts are complied
  • Develop creative strategies related to corporate business growth.
  • Do the development, implementation and evaluation related to other business development project

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Good skill in operating Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in high pressure condition
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Good relationship/networking related to business development will be an advantage

Audit Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organisation’s objectives and goals to be met
  • Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provides recommendations for improving the organisation’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance
  • Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures
  • Evaluates regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel
  • Evaluates the organisation’s readiness in case of business interruption
  • Maintains open communication with management and the audit committee
  • Teams with other internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Engages in continuous education and staff development
  • Provides support to the company’s anti-fraud programs

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Good skill in operating Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
  • Good communication skill
