Infrastructure Financing Policy Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) from reputable university (state/overseas), majoring in Economics, Law, Finance/Accounting/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Holds around 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
• Previous experience in developing/reviewing credit/financing or investment policy and procedures.
• Have or pursuing toward professional certifications (CPA, CFA or FRM) or advanced degrees in related field is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge in credit/financing process flow.
• Advanced knowledge in risk management.
• Strong communication skill.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Operational Risk Manager

Requirements

• A good degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Holds around 3-5 years of experience in financial industry with exposure on risk management, audit, or credit related function.
• Strong understanding of risk management techniques and practices and experience of applying these in a pragmatic, commercially aware manner.
• Previous experience within a regulated, financial service environment.
• Advanced knowledge of operational risk assessment techniques and competent in facilitating risk workshops.
• Additional professional certifications such as CFA, FRM will be favorably considered.
• High levels of personal resilience and positive energy.
• Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skill.
• Able to build rapport and relationships at different levels.
• Good change agent.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to drive change with a constructive and positive attitude.
