IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • The position is responsible for the identification, analysis and development of business requirements for systems development projects; defining and reviewing the design of the proposed system solution; and testing, implementation and documentation of the supported systems used in the assigned business unit

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Identifies areas for improvement / enhancement on existing and new systems to support different initiatives of the company
  • Determines, analyzes, and documents the business requirements from the business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system specifications
  • Identifies possible improvements in the business processes to reduce manual work and overhead, as well as improve overall turnaround time of business processes
  • Facilitates change management by working with various business areas to address issues and potential impact and/or benefits of the changes in the proposed system
  • Communicates with the developers for clarification of business requirements, testing, and reporting of errors found in the systems being supported
  • Identifies all possible test scenarios and prepares the test plan for the systems under development
  • Executes the test plan and conducts the acceptance testing for the developed programs as required
  • Prepares and documents manual and system procedures in support of the business needs
  • Provides post-implementation and production support for supported systems including analysis of production problems raised by business users
  • Conducts systems training for the business community as needed
  • Prepares progress reports within agreed time frames

Requirements:

  • A college degree preferably in Computer Science or Mathematics with at least 2-3 years experience in business & systems analysis
  • Must have strong logical analysis skills preferably with systems design background and skills in programming;
  • Preferably knowledgeable of SQL programming tools
  • Must have strong analytical and conceptual skills, good interviewing skills (for data gathering/business requirements preparation)
  • Possesses good oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client oriented
  • Experience on Life Insurance is preferable
  • Must be familiar with Office Automation tools such as MS Office, Ms Project, Visio
  • With high stress tolerance and capable of dealing with all levels of management

Claim Customer Service

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Max 30 years old
  • GPA min 2.75/4.00
  • Familiar to use Microsoft Office
  • Good personality & communication skills
  • Able to work individual or team work

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or minimal Diploma 3 degree from Nursery or Public Health Gradute

Responsibilities:

Database Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of sql and non-sql databases in the dev & production environments
  • Troubleshooting and handling all database related issues and tracking them through to resolution
  • Pro-active monitoring of databases both from a performance and capacity management perspective
  • Performing database maintenance activities such as backup/recovery, rebuilding/reorganizing indexes
  • Ensuring that all database releases are properly assessed and measured from a functionality and performance perspective
  • Providing technical subject matter expertise on all database design and development projects
  • Development and performance tuning of database schema, stored procedures etc
  • Providing technical input on the configuration of sql server and SAN disk subsystem on all database servers
  • Ensuring that all databases are up-to-date with the latest service packs, patches & security fixes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field , IPK min 3.0
  • 1 – 3 years experiences in Microsoft SQL Database
  • Have knowledge with DB2 Database in AS400
  • Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Financial Services experience especially in Insurance is a plus
  • Experience handling and managing databases in a real time production environment
  • Experience with database technologies such as MS SQL Server 2000, 2008 & DB2
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking/deadlocking issues, connectivity issues, data replication issues etc.
  • Ability to detect and troubleshoot database related CPU,memory,I/O,disk space and other resource contention issues
  • Experience in performance tuning, query optimization using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring/troubleshooting tools
  • Experience with database maintenance activities such as backup/recovery & capacity monitoring/management
  • Strong knowledge of how indexes work and management of index statistics & fragmentation
  • Experience collaborating with development teams on physical database design activities and performance tuning
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration & Reporting services
  • Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell
  • Must have good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with SQL Security Administration

Head of Customer Relationship Department

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Max 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree of any discipline from reputable university
  • Good communication skill and customer driven

  • High motivated
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
