We are now seeking candidate for the follow vacant position:

Engineering Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide services in Mechanical engineering. Carry out responsible for entire project cycle to include design, development, and project completion.

Duties :

  • Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection.
  • Conduct surveys to gather field data.
  • Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
  • Prepare technical construction specifications.
  • Perform Civil engineering duties surrounding the following; public works, buildings, sub divisions, drainage, traffic, road, airport, tunnel, bridge, water supply, sewage, andenvironmental systems.
  • Perform Mechanical engineering duties surrounding the following; mechanical devices, components, engines, transportation equipment, environmental control, materials handling,machine tools, robots, automated manufacturing equipment, and power producing machines such as internal combustion engines, steam and gas turbines, and jet and rocket engines.
  • Perform Chemical engineering duties surrounding the following; food, pharmaceuticals, heat transfer and energy conversion, petrochemicals (chemicals made from petroleum or natural gas), or consumer products such as plastics, detergents, paint, and synthetic textiles.
  • Manage construction document printing process.
  • Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules.
  • Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details.
  • Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
  • Meet with the general public and/or developers, landowners, and interest groups concerning zoning, subdivision projects, building projects, and engineering regulations, standards, or policies.
  • Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams
  • Provide technical presentations to elected officials, appointed boards/commissions, the public, and staff.
  • Function as chief inspector on engineering projects.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new staff
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge :

  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local building codes and safety laws. Work requires advanced math skills, special relationship abilities, and the ability to understand “abstract” principles behind math and physics. Working knowledge of CAD tools. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering and three to five years of engineering experience. Requires registration as a Professional Engineer.
  • Work requires travel to meetings, site visits, and inspections. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license within 60 days of employment.

Drafter Engineering
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide highly advanced technical drafting and performance of skilled mechanical engineering. Organizes and maintains library of drawing and specification, prepare mechanical drawing for new/existing project, cost estimation when needed, monitor performance of and effect repair action and updating on CAD drafting equipment.

Duties :

  • Support CAD drawing
  • Check and measure tool or parts which going to draw
  • Modified drawing base on request from operational department
  • Do specified material composition to ensure quality
  • Make as built drawing for fabrication taking a raw idea and turning into a functional blueprint
  • Reported accomplished drawings to highest level

Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge :

  • Minimum 3 years mechanical design drafting experience in oil & gas, mechanical & constructions
  • Bachelor Degree in Petroleum engineering
  • Have knowledge about international standard code (ASME/ANSI/JIS)

Thru Tubing Engineering
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the installation of equipment at all the well site, whilst adhering to Quality and Safety Management policies.

Duties :

  • Responsible for the implementation of health, safety and environment programs and procedures.
  • Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including :
  • Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings
  • Report all hazardous and unsafe acts
  • Actively promote positive safety culture
  • Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
  • Compliance to work instructions.
  • Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
  • Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
  • Responsible for the Thru Tubing Services and related services at all the well site, whilst adhering to Quality and Safety Management policies.
  • Liaise with or supervise the on-site rig crew to ensure correct equipment handling during the job
  • Attend Field Supervisor’s and/or Operations meetings to share and update on recent well-site activities and new equipment/process/technical information. Also to be briefed on the business pertaining to operational activities
  • Frequently communicate with PSL Manager/Coordinator on contract progress and customer requirements
  • Other duties as directed.

HSE Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Health, safety and environmental (HSE) Coordinator generally plan, coordinate and implement issues and directives within the organization. They ensure safe environmental working conditions for all employees. They work to prevent accidents, infections, injuries and property loss due to natural causes or daily life circumstances

Duties :

  • The HSE coordinator conducts risk assessment and risk mitigation measures on-site and before commencement of projects
  • Undertakes corrective and preventive measures to ensure a proper environment and health for the organization and its stakeholders
  • The HSE coordinator comes up with proposals for corrective or preventive measures, and investigates, analyzes and reviews accidents or near misses within the organization
  • To ensure regular emergency response is effective and that managers and employees are prepared at all times, this manager designs and conducts drills, both announced and unannounced
  • The HSE coordinator ensures that work safety permits are enforced. It is her responsibility to make sure that all employees are properly informed about the working, environmental and safety policies of the organization
  • To prepare monthly reports and makes presentations regularly to upper management

Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge :

  • 5 years experience, preferably with a university degree

  • Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures.

HRD Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Carry out responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees.

Duties :

Fishing Engineering
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Employee will be responsible for running open and cased hole fishing tools, foam units and reverse units. Supervise in the fishing tool services at a well site for the correction of a downhole problem.
  • Continue training to expand knowledge and experience of fishing tool services.
  • Assist in training of Fishing Tool Supervisor Trainees and Fish Tool Supervisor I’s when required.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Prepare and keep accurate paperwork on delivery tickets, job reports, time sheets and other similar administrative forms.
  • Keep accurate paperwork of tools run in the hole.
  • Determine the need and use of equipment when on a job.
  • Advise customer on the proper procedures to perform a fishing operation and provide instruction on proper procedures.
  • Supervise the operation.
  • May be required to promote sales of fishing tool services.
  • Attend all fishing related Weatherford technical training.
  • Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs.

Duties :

  • Ensures that Well Sidetracking/ Fishing and/or drilling operations fulfil with all QHSE Company requirements
  • Confer with Company Man to gather information regarding borehole geometry and borehole conditions of the wells in order to plan Whipstock, Fishing and window milling jobs and select appropriate tools for the fishing or remedial job
  • Provide supervision and guidance on the operation of rig equipment to complete the job
  • Observes variations on rig instrumentation and act accordingly
  • Directs drilling crew to safely pick-up, make-up of related BHA’s
  • Direct drilling crew to safely break out and lay down the related BHA’s
  • Report daily operations to office
  • Input job performance into data base
  • Prepares reports of services rendered, tools used, and time required to perform job
  • Completes all paperwork required to invoice the customer

Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge :

  • Minimum 5 Years working experience as a Drilling Engineer / Fishing Engineer working on Rig Floor
  • Supervise and Plan Whipstock, Fishing and Window Milling Services
  • Experience in Understanding Bore Hole Geometry and conditions to decide appropriate Fishing Tools
  • Must have worked on Side Tracking of wells
  • Must have experience on High Angle Wells
  • Graduate or High School with Down hole experience able to run the Hydraulics to run the Job

Responsibilities:

Tender and Contract Adm
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • A Tender and Contract admin responsible for supporting and compile major bid documents to strict deadlines and preparation of tenders. This will include the formatting and production of substantial documents and improving with senior management throughout your work, will be proactively to review documents and look for ways to enhance their appeal and message, as well as providing other administration with Pre-Qualification & Proposal and Tender Response submissions. As we work to our clients’ deadlines, he/she may be required to work out-of-hours on some occasions.

Duties :

  • Experience in handling the process of Tenders
  • collecting tender announcements from newspaper or internet
  • Consistently look to source tenders through various avenues open to the company
  • When tenders arrive, assess the type of tender, client and closing date of tender to determine prioritisation of all tenders
  • Review and assess tenders ensuring all tender documents are received and are correct
  • Review tender documents assessing scope, risks involved, tender complexity etc and provide feedback to the Tender Manager
  • Compile letter of offer, tender schedules, program and other items required by the tender
  • Once tender is completed incorporate all relevant details, forward to Senior Managers for review and approval prior to submission
