Diskripsi Pekerjaan

1. GS Specialist

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75
  • Having min. 1 year experience in similar position is a plus
  • Having knowledge about Microsoft office application (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Understanding about administration filing system
  • Having knowledge about office supplies (such as ink, printer, stationary, etc)
  • Able to work in team, as well as individually
  • Persistent and able to work under pressure

2. Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from reputable University (with GPA min 3.0)
  • Having minimum 2 years experiences in recruitment
  • Well-versed with the recruitment and selection process, through interview, psychological assessment, also discovering and utilizing innovative recruitment and sourcing methods would be an advantage
  • Creative, proactive, able to work in team and be independent
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
  • Responsible, and having a desire to learn; fast learner, and hard worker
  • Persistent and able to work under pressure

3. Internal Quality Management Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with GPA min. 3.25
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in internal audit or data analyst or business intelligent or related field
  • Strong analytic thinking and communication skill
  • Must be capable of managing multiple tasks under time constraints and working effectively as a team player in a professional office environment
  • Must possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations
  • Proficient in English, both written and oral
  • Possess a solid knowledge of Microsoft office application (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)

4. Process Improvement and Reengineering Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any major (With GPA min 3.5)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome/
  • Experience 1 – 2 years of Project management and Reengineering is a plus
  • Possess a solid knowledge of Microsoft office application (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of organizational efficiency and process improvement management
  • Excellent Analytic and Problem Solving Skill
  • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills
  • Not having issues with working under pressure and multitasking

5. Operations Project Management – Partner Relation 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any major (With GPA min 3.0)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Possess Excellent Communication Skill
  • Possess good analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Computer Literate

6. Operations Project Management – Reconciliation Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, accounting, and Banking (With GPA min 3.0)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Experience 1 – 2 years in reconciliation unit is a plus
  • Possess good analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Computer Literate
