Lowongan Kerja PT XL Axiata Tbk - PT XL Axiata Tbk atau lebih dikenal dengan nama XL adalah salah satu operator telekomunikasi seluler yang ada di Indonesia. XL dulunya didirikan pada tanggal 8 Oktober 1996 dengan nama PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk sebelum akhirnya mengganti namanya pada 23 Desember 2009 lalu. Saat perusahaan ini pertama berdiri, kepemilikannya masih berada dalam kekuasaan PT Grahametropolitan Lestari yang merupakan perusahaan dagang dan pelayanan umum. XL adalah perusahaan swasta pertama di Indonesia yang memberikan layanan telepon seluler.

Awalnya XL menyediakan layanan telekomunikasi handphone seluler dengan menggunakan teknologi GSM 900 kemudian merintis jaringan GSM 1800. Beberapa tahun kemudian, perusahaan ini dianugerahi lisensi untuk mengimplementasikan jaringan DCS 1800 dan mengoperasikan layanan ISP dan VoIP. Pada tahun 2006, XL mengantongi ijin untuk memberikan layanan 3G yang kemudian diluncurkan pada bulan September 2006. Pada akhir tahun 2010, jumlah pelanggan XL telah mencapai angka 40 juta dengan lebih dari 22.000 menara pemancar yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.

Seiring berjalannya waktu, XL mengalami banyak perubahan slogan dan logo. XL dulunya sempat memiliki logo seperti, “Tak Selalu Pilihan Anda yang Pro”, “Anda yang Pro”, “Bening Sepanjang Nusantara PRO XL”, yang merupakan slogan-slogan dari XL Pro. Sejak tahun 2004, XL mempunyai beberapa pergantian slogan lagi seperti “XL, Membuat Dunia Extra Small”, XL alu” hingga kini memiliki slogan “XLangkah Lebih Maju’ dan “XL, Internet Tercepat”.

Pada 26 September 2013, XL mencapai kesepakatan untuk mengakuisi PT Axis Telekom Indonesia (Axis). Perusahaan ini mengambil alih 95 persen saham Saudi Telecom di Axis. Ke depannya, nama Axis harus hlang.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline with at least 2 years working experience in Customer Service, Call Center or Walk in Center Operations from Telco or Service Industry

Analyst – Rural Area Development
Requirements :

  • S1 degree from accredited university with strong academic performance, majoring in telecommunication is preferred.
  • More than 2 years experiences in Telco Industry
  • Qualified on Planning & Design Management, Project Management
  • Strong knowledge on Operation & Maintenance Management
  • Good knowledge and experience in : geographical map, GPS and supported geographical software, distribution and promotion, negotiation with new partner
  • English : reading, listening, speaking & writing

Officer- Revenue Assurance
Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in telco industry and specifically in billing, interconnect, network or product area
  • Understand high level of telecommunication concept and call flow.
  • Experience in hands on of Oracle, Teradata or PL/SQL
  • Experience in processing telco or big data amount
  • Technical Competencies : Telecommunication concept, Teradata, Unix, PL/SQL, Oracle

Analyst Campaign Execution
Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree/S1 majoring in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or Information System/Technology, with minimum 3 years experience in related area
  • Advance knowledge in DBMS (Database Management System) & PL/SQL concept s
  • Have a knowledge in campaign management system tools

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Law and Business Studies/Management or equivalent.

Specialist – Customer Service Technology Enabler
Requirements :

  • University S1 preferable major in Information Technology or System Management or Industrial Engineering
