Production Planning Controller (Based in Batam)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

• Perform planning, scheduling, sub-contracting and execution which includes acquiring of resources needed for on-time delivery.
• Plan the flow of material and work order for respective jobs.
• Working with Purchasing and Warehouse to utilize existing materials / inventory.
• Prepare weekly production planning reports, work order report and monthly report.
• Raise & monitor the status of Purchase Requisition to facilitate production and material usage.
• Prepare costing reports for work orders when requested by Operation or Project Managers.
• Follow up closely with production department, sales department, and engineering team

Requirements:

• All applicants should be Graduate Engineers preferably in Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
• Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
• Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment
• Interview will be conducted in Batam

Finance Manager (Based in Batam)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full sets of accounts independently.
• Oversee daily accounting of A/R, A/P and G/L to ensure accounting record are kept in compliance with the group policies and Local Accounting Standards.
• Handle Treasury – Cashflow and local tax filing.
• Ensuring all invoices and supporting documents are documented prior forwarding for payment processing.
• Prepare / analyze monthly financial statement.
• To ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly / quarterly reports.
• Monitoring and reporting Company’s performance in terms of finance performance on revenue and expenses.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Undertake Product costing by working closely with project management team.
• To prepare narratives of variances between actual performance versus forecast/budget.
• Make recommendation to improve and/or enhance existing procedures and practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors during yearly Audits.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Accounting Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting and Taxation field in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in handling Project Cost
• Possess a knowledge in Local Tax, Value Added Tax, With Holding Tax, Local Statutory Financial Audit, and Local Banking Regulations
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written
• Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
• Interview will be conducted in Batam
