Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue vs Cost Report Sheet
  • COST data entry at our system
  • Statistic Report
  • Able to issue the invoice on time
  • Able to make Report on time
  • Able to provide statistics presentation
  • Gathering all the supporting documents on time

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Age max. 35 years old
  • University degree from reputable university (majoring accounting) with min. GPA: 3.00.
  • Min. 3 years experience as an Administration in Forwarding or Logistic Company.
  • Expert using Excel program (V-look up, H-look up, MID, concatenate, stedev, var, ect)
  • Familiar with invoicing and report.
  • Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.
  • Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative
  • Willing to be placed in: Cikarang, Marunda, Pulogadung, Priok, Cengkareng, Balikpapan

Customer Service Staff

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain reliable and satisfactory service to the customer
  • To maintain good rapport with the customer
  • To follow up all the shipment process & up date shipment process to customer
  • Monitoring shipment & Provide report to customer
  • To coordinate the shipment process with the operational team (Air)
  • To make sure the shipment process in accordance with the customer SOP

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Age max. 30 years old
  • University degree from reputable university (preferable STMT) with min. GPA: 3.00.
  • Min. 3 years experience as a Customer Service / Operation for Air Freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company.
  • Familiar with custom regulation export and import process for Airfreight.
  • Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.
  • Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative

IT Application Engineer (Programmer)

Responsibilities:

  • Programming Specialist for Logistic
  • Helping in Project Implementing for Logistic
  • Monitoring, control and supporting for Logistic Application
  • Helping IT Logistic Supervisor for Supporting WMS Exceed Application in All Warehouse
  • Supporting IT in all aspect for software.

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age max. 30 years old
  • Diploma degree from reputable university (Majoring Informatics Engineering) with min. GPA: 3.00.
  • Min. 2 years experience as a Programmer in Forwarding or Logistic Company.
  • Have full skill in Programming
  • Power Builder Specialist (Priority)
  • Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, overtime, independent, proactive and having good initiative

IT Technical Support Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring all user for using hardware and software application
  • Maintenance all Hardware Problem & fully support for the IT Matter
  • Back up Operator (to make sure all data & system are back up proper)
  • Helping IT Coordinator for supporting IT Help Desk Online
  • Supporting IT in all aspect for software & hardware

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age max. 30 years old
  • Diploma degree from reputable university (Majoring Informatics Engineering) with min. GPA: 3.00.
  • Min. 2 years experience as an IT Technical Staff.
  • Proficiency in following areas: PC & Server Operating System, Internet & Networking, Computer Hardware associated peripherals.
  • Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, overtime, independent, proactive and having good initiative

Operation Staff for Special Traffic

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of daily operation job running well and on time and being done correctly based on flow of
  • The process and the system.
  • Prepare for the PIB
  • Do the Custom Clearance in custom
  • Arrange for Pick up and Delivery of the shipment
  • To ensure keep the record /file properly and check list being complete
  • Check shipping and supporting documents of each shipment with no mistake

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Age max. 30 years old
  • Diploma degree from reputable university (preferable STMT) with min. GPA: 3.00.
  • Min. 1 years experience as an Import & Export Operation for Air freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company.
  • Able to using PIB & PEB EDI system
  • Able in INSW system
  • Familiar with custom regulation & document of export process for Ocean freight.
  • Familiar handle for Personal effect and exhibition shipment.
  • Holding a PPJK Certificate would be an advantages
  • Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.
  • Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative

Operation Import STAFF for Air Freight

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Customs Clearance
  • Submitted doc to Pendok & To Analyst
  • Customs Clearance
  • Submitted DNP + INP
  • Report Damage
  • Copy doc to ADM
  • Control trucking
  • Control CDR
  • Advance + Settlement + Daily + CCD + ACS

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age max. 30 years old
  • Senior High School with min. GPA: 7 (Average).
  • Min. 3 years experience as an Operation Import Staff for Air Freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company.
  • Familiar with custom regulation export and import process for Airfreight.
  • Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office will be an advantages
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative

PIB Admin for Ocean Freight

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing PIB & follow up to get importer approval.
  • To check and ensure PIB payment by accounting.
  • Awareness for HSE Implementation
  • Check original custom supporting documents receive.

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Age max. 35 years old
  • University degree from reputable university (preferable STMT) with min. GPA: 3.00.
  • Min. 3 years experience as a PIB Admin / Import Operation for Ocean freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company.
  • Able to using PIB & PEB EDI system
  • Able in INSW system
  • Familiar with custom regulation & document of export process for Ocean freight.
  • Holding a PPJK Certificate is advantage
  • Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia.
  • Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office
