PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) was established in Bandung on 5th February 1958, under the name of Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer (BAPEMIL). BAPEMIL was set up as an association that received deposits and provided loans to its members. At that time, BAPEMIL’s objectives was to help alleviate the economic well-being of pensioners, both the military and civil servants.

In 1986, after gaining public trust as well as trust from its business partners, BAPEMIL members successfully upgraded the institution to form PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional that was licensed to operate as a savings bank. In 1993, the Bank subsequently progressed further and gained its commercial bank license.

The year 2008 marked important milestones for the Bank. On 12th March 2008, BTPN successfully went public with the sale of 28.4% of the government’s shares, c.q. PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA). Subsequently, on 14th March 2008, TPG Nusantara, S.a.r.l. acquired a 71.6% stake in BTPN, and became the major shareholder of the Bank.

Besides continuing to expand of its core pension business, which has been it’s backbone for 50 years, the Bank entered the micro and small enterprise (MSE) and Sharia businesses, with the opening of 46 branches of btpn | mitra usaha rakyat throughout Indonesia and 2 (two) sharia branches in Bandung and Jakarta, at the end of 2008.

Now, BTPN is a medium-scale, financially-strong and well-recognized commercial bank.

IT Implementation Staff (Jakarta Raya)


  • To be responsible for the overall direction, review, implementation, control and timely completion of all changes in IT Infrastructure & IT Projects, ensuring consistency with organisational strategy, commitments and goals.
  • To play a key role in reviewing change & new initiatives meet business & implementation schedule. To drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the project such that business results are achieved.
  • To work and synergy through many others in the IT organization to succeed. The Candidate will support IT Operations & IT Field Support teams in integrating change management activities.


  • To be successful you must be a graduate S1/S2 from IT, or related discipline and must be able to demonstrate:
  • Knowledge of SDLC – Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Familiarity with ITIL V3 approaches. Experience and knowledge of Change & Release management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English – both written and verbal.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to explain complex situation in a simple way.
  • Having a creative, innovative and problem solver attitude / personality
  • Ability to work independently, rapidly, under pressure and able to work on long duration during implementation.
  • A willingness to adapt, to overcome and survive in a rapidly changing situation and technical environment.
  • Experience of past Software Implementor/Technical Support is preferred.

IT Quality Management Staff (Job Code: IT-QMT-04)
(Jakarta Raya)


  • Bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan periodic review, pelaksanaan quality improvement plan.


  • Pria / Wanita, Usia 28 – 34 Tahun
  • Min 4 Tahun pengalaman pada bidang yang sama, lebih diutamakan berpengalaman di perbankan
  • S1 Teknologi Informasi, computer sience, Information system, atau sejenisnya dari Universitas ternama.

IT Security Staff (Jakarta Raya)


  • Menyusun dan memelihara dokumen kebijakan, prosedur dan standar keamanan informasi.
  • Memastikan pemenuhan kriteria keamanan informasi pada setiap proses bisnis Direktorat TI, seperti pada pelaksanaan project sesuai dengan tahapan dari System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), aktivitas operasional data centre, dan aktivitas lainnya agar memenuhi kriteria keamanan informasi yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Memastikan bahwa setiap pelaksanaan perubahan dari Sistem Teknologi Informasi (perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, perubahan parameter, basis data, dll) telah mempertimbangkan dan memenuhi kriteria keamanan informasi yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Melakukan vulnerability assessment dan/atau penetration test terhadap existing infrastruktur secara berkala, dan sistem yang akan digunakan untuk mendukung insiatif Bank.
  • Memastikan bahwa unit kerja lain mengikutsertakan perangkat kontrol keamanan informasi dalam setiap inisiatifnya.
  • Mengevaluasi penerapan standar keamanan informasi dan membantu pelaksanaan audit internal dan eksternal terhadap keamanan informasi Direktorat TI.
  • Melakukan sosialisasi / security awareness secara berkala.


  • Usia tidak lebih dari 35 tahun.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang IT Security, khususnya melakukan penetration test minimal 3 tahun, dan diutamakan pada industri perbankan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman melakukan audit IT Security.
  • Diutamakan pemegang sertifikasi Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
  • S1 Teknologi Informasi dari Universitas ternama.
  • Aktif berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.

IT Service Analyst Staff (Jakarta Raya)


  • Mempersiapkan laporan dan analisa permasalahan terhadap permintaan yang masuk ke helpdesk.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian yang terkait dalam direktorat IT dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang timbul baik IT incident maupun IT problem
  • Mereview skill dan memberikan training berkala untuk meng update pengetahuan tim helpdesk dan tim field support.
  • Melakukan kegiatan survey kepuasan customer.
  • Review proses dan policy dalam upaya meningkatkan service quality.


  • Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan S1 dengan IPK min 2.75 dari bidang IT & Teknik.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang It Service Management di institusi perbankan, perusahaan IT atau consultant.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiiliki interpersonal skill yang baik dan mempunyai skill di bidang kepemimpinan
  • Dapat bekerja baik secara independen maupun dalam team
  • Energik, mandiri dalam bekerja, motivasi kerja tinggi
  • Pengatahuan tentang ITIL/ITSM, Project Management dan proses SDLC merupakan nilai tambah
