Lowongan Kerja PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur – Menutup tahun 2014, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Persero (PT SMI) dinobatkan sebagai salah satu badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) terbaik. Adalah Majalah Investor yang memberikan penghargaan tersebut di ajang Penganugerahan BUMN Terbaik 2014 di Jakarta (10/12). PT SMI menempati ranking pertama untuk kategori BUMN di bawah Kementerian Keuangan. Piagam penghargaan disampaikan salah satu anggota Dewan Redaksi Majalah Investor yang juga mantan Menteri BUMN Tanri Abeng kepada Direktur Utama PT SMI Emma Sri Martini.

Ada lima parameter yang telah ditetapkan Majalah Investor untuk memutuskan BUMN terbaik yakni pertumbuhan laba bersih setahun, pertumbuhan pendapatan usaha satu tahun, return on equity (ROE), return on asset (ROA), dan rasio net profit margin (NM). Sementara untuk bisa masuk pemeringkatan, juga harus melewati rangkaian seleksi awal terlebih dahulu. Seleksi itu mencakup tidak boleh rugi dua tahun berturut-turut, memiliki ekuitas positif, data lengkap dan beroperasi lebih dari dua tahun.

Menurut tim juri, sepanjang 2013 PT SMI mencatatkan kinerja mengesankan. Laba bersih mencapai Rp207,2 miliar atau tumbuh 94,4% dari pencapaian 2012. Hal itu sejalan dengan pendapatan perseroan tahun 2013 mencapai Rp424,1 miliar, meningkat 87,6% dari tahun sebelumnya. Sementara itu, total komitmen pembiayaan yang disetujui bertambah 101,5% dari Rp2,22 triliun pada 2012 menjadi Rp4,47 triliun pada tahun 2013. Adapun total pembiayaan yang disalurkan selama 2013 menjadi Rp3,08 triliun, tumbuh 158,11% dari tahun sebelumnya yakni Rp1,19 triliun.

Sebelumnya pada September 2014, PT SMI juga meraih penghargaan serupa dari Majalah Infobank. PT SMI menggondol Peringkat Pertama dengan kategori Excellent juga untuk BUMN di bawah naungan Kementerian Keuangan. Selain itu, SMI menempati peringkat 23 dari 54 BUMN dengan prestasi baik. Peringkat ini didasarkan pada review, analisis dan penilaian kinerja keuangan 122 BUMN dari tahun 2012 sampai 2013.

Job Description

1. Information System Staff – Project Development And Advisory Support Division

Requirements :

  • Minimum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT Management from reputable university
  • Having minimum 5 years experience in similar position in Government Project / Infrastructure Project
  • Having ability and experience to develop IT system (e-timesheet, e-CV, e-budgeting, e-filing)
  • Having ability and experience in making and design monitoring information systems
  • Having ability and understand to manage risk management
  • Having knowledge and understand about infrastructure project in Indonesia
  • Having knowledge and experience related to Public Private Partnership
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill
  • Excellent communication both Indonesian and English, in written and spoken is a must

2. Advisory Staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 25 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree In Financial Management / Accounting / Business Management / Engineering from reputable university.
  • Having minimum 3 years experience in infrastructure consultant / foreign or domestic financial institutions (Securities, Investment Bank, etc).
  • Having knowledge to create financial modelling.
  • Having experience to manage and develop infrastructure projects.
  • Having CFA Level 1 will be advantage
  • Having experience related with financial transaction and financing structure.
  • Good presentation skill and having experience to prepare and compile reports
  • Having good organizational and interpersonal skill
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken

3. Procurement And Expert Supervision Staff

Requirements :

  • Minimum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable university
  • Having min. 3 years experience in similar position in Government Project / Infrastructure Project
  • Having knowledge and experience in Government procurement regulations and International Procurement Best Practice, especially to handle procurement of consultant services
  • Having certificate of National procurement expert will be advantage
  • Having knowledge and experience to manage, coordination, and monitoring job report from external consultant / expert staff
  • Having involved in the procurement process of National and International consultant service
  • Having knowledge and understand about Infrastructure project in Indonesia
  • Having knowledge and understand related to Public Private Partnership
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken is a must

4. Operational Risk Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, Age 30-40 years old
  • Candidates will be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in a dedicated risk management role ideally gained in a leading national Bank or Non-Bank Financial institutions. Those with front office experience are desirable as are those with an FRM qualifications or an advanced quantitative degree.
  • Candidates will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and strong influencing skills with proven experinece and success in identifying and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Candidates will need to be flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize / organize effectively and have excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand complex products and processes.
  • Having experience to develop and maintain company policies and procedures in accordance with the capacity of company’s business development process
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

5. Division Head of Project Development and Advisory Support

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Minimum 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Finance from reputable university
  • Having min. 10 years experience in Government Project / Infrastructure Consultant as Project Manager
  • Having knowledge and experience to manage, coordination, and monitoring risk register and job report from external consultant / experts staff
  • Having knowledge and experience in Government Procurement regulations and International Procurement best practices
  • Having experience to handle project administration, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Having experience and understanding Government birocration and regulation for Infrastructure projects
  • Having experience and expertise in the preparation and implementation of the system design and project management
  • Having knowledge and experience of resource management
  • Having knowledge of Infrastructure development in Indonesia
  • Having knowledge and experience in designing a system of monitoring and evaluation of Infrastructure project
  • Preferable having leadership development program and assessment
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both Indonesian and English

6. Risk Management Staff (Rating Analyst)

Requirements :

  • Maximum 32 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Degree In Management / Finance / Accounting / Economic / Statistic
  • Having Minimum 4 years experience in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry as Rating Analyst.
  • Having CFA / FRM
  • Having Risk Management Certification Level 2
  • Understanding Credit Risk Management and other risk related to lending activity
  • Understanding rating analysis methodology
  • Understanding market risk management
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze financial statement
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze infrastructure funding
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze the investment and portfolio management
  • Understanding software SPSS, SAS, and E-views
  • Having ability related with VBA For Excell program
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Having attention to detail and risk focus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring sheet program and Ms.Office
  • Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must
