Job Description

1. Junior Staff Legal

Requirements :

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree In Law from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2-3 years experience in Banking – Corporate accounts with BSMR Level 1
  • Having ability and knowledge about loan documentation
  • Having ability and knowledge about project finance and infrastructure projects
  • Having ability and knowledge about legal drafting and corporate law
  • Should possess good sense of responsibility and accountability with pleasant working and learning attitude
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill
  • Willing to work in a team and under pressure
  • Good command of English both written and spoken is a must

2. Risk Management Staff (Rating Analyst)

Requirements :

  • Maximum 32 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Degree In Management / Finance / Accounting / Economic / Statistic
  • Having Minimum 4 years experience in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry as Rating Analyst.
  • Having CFA / FRM
  • Having Risk Management Certification Level 2
  • Understanding Credit Risk Management and other risk related to lending activity
  • Understanding rating analysis methodology
  • Understanding market risk management
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze financial statement
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze infrastructure funding
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze the investment and portfolio management
  • Understanding software SPSS, SAS, and E-views
  • Having ability related with VBA For Excell program
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Having attention to detail and risk focus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring sheet program and Ms.Office
  • Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must

3. Research And Business Development


  • Age maximum 37 years old
  • Post Graduate Degree in Economics/ Business / Management / Finance
  • Having minimum 5-10 years experience in Finance / Banking / Capital Market / Management Consulting
  • Having knowledge in economics, capital market, financial modelling, and analysis
  • Having experience to formulate investor relation strategy and to deal with investors and analysts
  • Having experience in corporate planning or research and business development area
  • Having experience to develop forecasting and financial model
  • Having experience to explore and identify market and business opportunities
  • Having experience to coordinating the preparation of the corporate long term plan, budgeting, and corporate key performance indicator
  • Having experience to to implement strategic initiatives and business development plan
  • Having experience in fundamental valuation analysis and economic feasibility studies in infrastructure sector
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, attentive to details, and excellent quantitative skills
  • Having excellent strategic, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Having creative ability, intelectual curiousity, and excellent learning skills
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microssoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint, and Ms. Excel)

4. Operational Risk Team Leader


  • Age 30-40 years old
  • Candidates will be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in a dedicated risk management role ideally gained in a leading national Bank or Non-Bank Financial institutions. Those with front office experience are desirable as are those with an FRM qualifications or an advanced quantitative degree.
  • Candidates will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and strong influencing skills with proven experinece and success in identifying and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Candidates will need to be flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize / organize effectively and have excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand complex products and processes.
  • Having experience to develop and maintain company policies and procedures in accordance with the capacity of company’s business development process
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

5. Team Leader Of Compliance And Bureau Director

Requirements :

  • Minimum 36 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Law / Corporate Law from reputable university
  • Having minimum 5 years experience in similar posistion especially in banking sector / financial / infrastructure sector
  • Having compliance skill in the capital market, corporate law, and good corporate governance (GCG)
  • Having ability to administer corporate documents
  • Having ability to conduct Bureau Directors activities
  • Having ability to work within deadline, mature, hardworker, and strong leadership
  • Hard working, creative, confident, fast learning, and pleasant personality
  • Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Office
  • Excellent communication skills both Indonesian and English

6. Financing Analyst Staff

Requirements :

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Economic / Management from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 years experience as an Financing Analyst in Banking / Investment Institutions / Financial Institutions
  • Having ability and experience to perform a comprehensive analysis of the various aspects, especially financing and investment for infrastructure projects.
  • Having knowledge and ability to understand financial statements
  • Having ability and experience to prepare financial projections
  • Having knowledge and ability related with business models of infrastructure projects
  • Having good communication skills to build relationship with internal and external parties
  • Having knowledge and understand about Infrastructure project in Indonesia
  • Having knowledge and understand related to Public Private Partnership
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken is a must
