Senior Cost Engineer


  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
  • Min. Diploma degree with 5 years experiences in Accounting,
  • Good analytical and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in workshop administration and procedures
  • Ability to establish cost control monthly report
  • Ability to operate computer and other office facilities
  • Understand basic cost accounting

Equipment Maintenance Superintendent


  • Min. 5 years experiences as Sr. Mechanic Spv
  • Min. Senior High School
  • Good understanding & implementation of repair methods
  • Creative thinking and ability to best use limited resource in a remote area
  • Good leadership

Earthworks Superintendent


  • Min. 5 years experiences as Electrical & Instrument Supervisor
  • Min. Senior High School
  • Good understanding & implementation of earthworks methods
  • Creative thinking and ability to manage the work systems
  • Good leadership

Mechanical & Piping Supervisor


  • Min. 5 years previous working experience in Plant/Process environment in a supervisory or similar capacity. Shutdown and/or SAG Mill experience would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detail records.

Recruitment Officer


  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably in Psychology
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR, especially in recruitment and placement
  • Mastering Competency Based Interview technique
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR information
  • Strong negotiation skill in recruiting process

HR Manager (Balikpapan)


  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  • Min. 8 years experiences in Human Resources area
  • Good leadership and communication skill
  • Good analytical thinking and strong initiatives
  • Mastering Competency Based HR Management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR information and documents

General Requirements:

  • Committed to prevention of all accidents and injuries in the work place whilst minimizing any impact on the environment
  • Able to use Microsoft Office suite. Skills in other software packages would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and required to work extended hours to meet deadlines
  • Must be keen to learn, team oriented, self motivated and possess the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willing to travel to, or be placed in, all project sites.
