IT Governance, Risk and Compliance is a newly-established division in the Gojek ecosystem where the team focuses on complying with local and international IT regulations and standards in order for the business to continue operating in their respective regions.
Meeting regulatory requirements, policy-making as well as implementing information security controls & standards is what we do day-to-day. Not to mention the rise of data protection demands in the upcoming years which will become a challenge to all of us. Establish, perform and maintain risk-based audit programs over operations' effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans, also supervise all planned annual audits
Obtain, analyze and evaluate documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, and current business flow. The output should depict the deviation between the current condition and desired condition based on directives and regulations, at minimum able to identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum, that include prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process and act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions and proactive in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
Maintain open communication with management and audit committee with a variety of stakeholders across the company
Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
Proven working experience as Internal Auditor, with at least 5 years of work experience in an internal audit environment
Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
Professional audit certifications preferred: including but not limited to CIA, CISA, IRCA LA
Experience as an Internal Auditor for readiness of ISO27001, PCI/DSS is a plus
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, also an analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Strong documentation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Excellent communication level (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively interface with a broad range of people and roles
