SHE & Safety Coordinator (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Job Function : Coordinate field level SHE&S programs and activities.

Responsibilty and Duties :

  • Promote security awareness.
  • Assist in the implementation and stewardship of project security plans.
  • Steward implementation of project security plans for each project site.
  • Assist in the organization of and participate in site security risk assessments.
  • Based on threat levels implement security counter measures as instructed by PMT and GSD.
  • Assist in organizing security reviews and penetration tests as per the agreed security plan.
  • Works with GSD on.
  • Scoping/coordination of investigations.
  • Contact for site or facility communication of intelligence and alerts.
  • Contact for executive protection as it relates to facility specific visits.
  • Assist with security incident reporting and lessons learned sharing.

Requirements:

  • University or College degree preferred
  • High level of construction knowledge, skill experience

Document Controller (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Job Function : Performs Information Management activities in accordance with Project Control Procedures and Work Instructions.

Responsibilty and Duties :

  • Perform records management and document control functions for contractor documents, equipment suppliers and site documents.
  • Receive, log, track, and distribute documents from EPC Contractor’s document control.
  • Identifying, categorizing, and processing document types in accordance with project procedures.
  • Using excel worksheets for logging, tracking transmittals from contractor to EMDC, equipment suppliers, Contractor to Cepu project, and all outgoing transmittals.
  • Using excel worksheets for logging, tracking transmittals from contractor to Cepu Project, equipment suppliers, Contractor to Cepu project, and all outgoing transmittals.
  • Filing originals in accordance with proper file code assignment and maintaining files.

Spread Inspector Pipeline (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Job Function : Assure that required inspection methods are performed properly, including DFT, Holiday testing, etc. Monitor mixing & application of coatings by contractor. Maintain daily log or activities.

Responsibilty and Duties :

  • Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at contractors and sub-contractors facilities.
  • Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors
  • Review original material certificates for compliance to codes and specifications
  • Ensure testing, measuring, welding, and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification
  • Ensure storage and use of welding consumables is per manufacture’s recommendations and full certification
  • Review Contractor’s field inspection and test reports
  • Verify fabrication fit-up, alignment, and dimensional tolerances
  • Review welder qualifications certifications, and attend welder qualification
  • Verify Contractor, Subcontractor Quality management systems, plans, procedures, and processes are in place.
  • Implement Cepu project Construction Surveillance Program

Working Knowledge of :

  • Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001)
  • Piping fabrication methods
  • Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods
  • Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings
  • Thorough understanding of applicable Cepu project specifications
  • Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
  • Good oral and written English language skills
  • Well versed in safe work practices
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.

SHE & Safety (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Job Function :

  • Work with company and contractor’s site management and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) organizations to implement the project and site safety programs.
  • Advise site team (company, contractor, and subcontractors) of company, contractor, and local authorities’ safety requirements, regulations, expectations, and best practices.
  • Coach and advise contractor and subcontractors to establish, communicate, and implement safety expectations and initiatives; monitor and stimulate execution with contractor’s safety policy, rules, and procedures; and monitor conformance with project and site safety execution plans and implement improvements where appropriate.
  • Collect and analyze data on safety initiatives and performance for reporting to project and functional management.
  • Encourage proactive reporting and manage the stewardship and improvement of proactive safety programs.

Responsibilty and Duties :

  • Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections/assessments on-site and at key off-site subcontractor locations in accordance with established project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members.
  • Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor management toward achieving an injury-free work place.
  • Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues, safety alerts and plans/progress towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards.
  • Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and incident investigations/follow-up.
  • Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor/subcontractor safety advisors/management
  • Participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents; prepare notifications/reports for communication of significant incidents to company project/functional management per project incident reporting procedures and matrix.
  • Coach and advise contractor/subcontractor safety professionals/management in incident investigation documentation, reporting, and follow-up, including root cause analysis and case management.
  • Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area/system responsibilities.
  • Prepare/provide a safety induction briefing to new Company team members and EM visitors to site.
  • Collect and share safety lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management.

Requirements:

  • College level education or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years in Construction Safety-related positions (Prefer previous experience with Oil & Gas company).

Coating Inspector (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Job Function : Assure that proper coating has been applied and is acceptable for intended field facility. Verify that required coating inspection methods are performed properly, including DFT, holiday testing, etc. Monitor mixing & application of coatings by contractor. Maintain daily log or diary of activities.

Responsibility and Duties : Necessary to assure that the applied coating will protect facilities and equipment from corrosion for the life of the pipeline & related facilities.
Provide an esthetic appearance to all facilities

Requirements:

  • Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences: Extensive training and experience in coatings & coatings inspection, application methods, & testing.
  • Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation methods & other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings.
  • Ten years experience in coatings & coatings inspection.
  • Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
  • Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail systems

Civil Engineer (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

The civil Engineer is responsible for :

  • Facilitating communication of various project execution issues among the PMT’s engineering team that affect the civil engineering design.
  • Gaining alignment with the PMT on civil engineering needs, objective, and requirements.
  • Evaluates/ comments on civil work performed by the contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of civil engineering and design routines that align with the project’s, goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the PMT and EMDC functions on civil engineering activities, progress, and issues

Responsibility and Duties :

  • Support the lead engineer by coordinating/communicating various issues among the owners engineering team affect the civil engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work.
  • Facilitate and coordinate civil engineering technical work products.
  • Evaluate / comment work performed by contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of civil design drawings and documents.
  • Identify and assess deviations to contract technical specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures; maintains deviation control log.
  • Steward civil engineering queries from the contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
  • Keep Lead Engineer informed of civil engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
  • Participate in civil engineering reviews at contractors and sub-contractor locations.
  • In collaboration with the lead engineer, gain alignment with the PMT on project engineering needs, objectives, and requirements.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings with the EPC contractor and PMT to ensure common understanding of engineering requirements, including deliverables.
  • Conduct project team member briefing sessions with respect to civil engineering requirements and process.
  • Coordinate owner and PMT civil engineering change management program.
  • Steward the process of capturing and communicate civil engineering and design lessons learned for the project.
  • Assist the Lead engineering in stewarding the EPC contractor’s activities with respect to civil engineering execution including:
  • Ensure that all affected parties are familiar with engineering execution plans, procedures, objectives, and overall job requirements.
  • Ensure that contractor staffs the project with adequate numbers of qualified personnel.
  • Ensure that the contractor employs the appropriate design tools, including computer hardware and software.
  • Ensure that the contractor adheres to all appropriate specifications and standards.
  • Ensure that contractor provides all contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification.
  • Reinforce the requirement for the contractor to control the work, i.e accurate and timely progress measurement and reporting.
  • Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences: Broad and extensive knowledge of :
  • Design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria.
  • Offshore facilities and structures design, construction, and operations
  • Engineering Administration
  • Processes, and expectations with respect to project engineering
  • Bachelor of science degree in an engineering.

Material Coordinator (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all materials management needs of the project are identified and addressed to meet project objectives and schedule. This person is the single point of contact within the Upstream projects procurement team for integrated logistics support of client construction organization the activities that support this function are as follows :
  • Contracting
  • Freight Forwarding
  • Customs Clearance
  • Site Infrastructure/Logistics in Host Country
  • Materials Management

Contracting :

  • Consult on initial logistics contracting strategy
  • Develop, Execute, and Administer Freight Forwarding Agreements
  • Develop, Execute, and Administer Customs Brokerage Agreements
  • Develop, Execute, and Administer Spare Parts Transportation Agreements
  • Develop, Execute, and Administer Long Lead Equipment Transportation Agreements
  • Develop, Execute, and Administer Marine Service Agreements
  • Develop/Review Logistics Scope of work
  • Communicate project specifications for equipment and material preservation, packing and handling

Freight Forwarding :

  • Identify and scope freight forwarding requirements for the project
  • Develop and manage work orders related to freight forwarding for the project
  • Identify and optimize cargo routings
  • Schedule cargo movements from origins to destination
  • Validate Freight Forwarding agreement invoices against goods receivedMonitor key performance Indicators for freight forwarding service providers
  • Review and approve EPC Logistics Plans

Customs Clearance :

  • Establish policies and processes for customs clearance and importations
  • Maintain country-specification import/export processes for physical movement and data flow of material within customs importation guidelines
  • Develop and manage customs power attorney documents

Site Infrastructure/Logistics In Host Country :

  • Conduct and Evaluate route survey
  • Identify and quantify infrastructure improvement opportunities that, unless corrected, could adversely impact the project schedule for delivery of equipment and materials at final destination
  • Heavy Haul shipments up to 200MT.
  • Receiving, warehousing and issuance of material
  • Sequencing of spare parts – commissioning and 2 years operating
  • Work jointly with construction to oversee module / structure transport in/out of fabrication yards.

Materials Management :

  • Develop processes for physical movement of equipment and material as well as data flow
  • Manage supply chain delivery between project and drilling
  • Project material and equipment expediting
  • Communicate project specifications for equipment and material preservation, packing and handling
  • Manage material tracking “in transit” through receipt at job site
  • Coordinate and monitor multiple EPC shipping requirements
  • Confirm ship dates and cargo readiness dates
  • Long lead Equipment and spare parts Transportation

Requirements:

  • Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences: 5 years of procurement experience
  • Intermediate to expert equipment and materials logistics skill including contractors, Customs, Traffic, and expediting
  • Detailed knowledge and application of Company requirements (e.g. DOAG, SHB)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills
  • BA/BS Preferred
  • Daily direct procurement supervision will not be available when located overseas or rotating; therefore additional requirements are as follows:

Schedule Engineering (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Job Function : Use application of systems and methods for project planning

Responsibility and Duties:

  • Overall control on review and approval of different levels of schedules presented by EPC contractor.
  • Review and approve contractor’s project control procedures to ensure that company’s requirements are met with.
  • Review contractor’s progress reports for accuracy of progress measurement.
  • Prepare and compile monthly progress report for submission to the management.
  • Work with the project control manager and control lead for day-to-day project activities like preparation of manpower forecasts, various reports and presentations to the management.
  • Prepare summary level pre-EPC/EPC Schedules as part of the bid documents for upcoming projects.
  • Review and comment on schedules & project control procedures being submitted by different bidder’s as part of the bid evaluation process.
  • Assist PMT in meeting RGEE expectation as requires, especially RGEE element 4 (Information & Documents) and 7 (management of change)

Requirements:

  • Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences: Bachelor/Master of science in engineering
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with others
  • 10 years of project experience related to major oil & gas EPC projects, including 8 years in project scheduling and project controls.
  • Proficient in the usage of PRIMAVERA (P3) / MS PROJECT /ARTEMIS – Project Planning Software
  • Excellent computer skills

Civil Inspector (Jawa Timur – Cepu)

Job Function :

  • Oversees, inspects, evaluates, and comments on civil/structural work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of civil/structural related activities that align with the project’s, goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team on civil activities, progress, and issues

Responsibility and Duties:

  • Oversee civil/structural related construction activities(excavation, paving, etc…) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
  • Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
  • Ensure that all civil/structural related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all required civil/structural related inspections are performed properly.
  • Maintain daily log of activities.
  • Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
  • Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures; maintain Deviation Control Log.
  • Assist in stewarding civil/structural queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
  • Keep Project Team informed of civil/structural progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
  • Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities, training, qualifications, and staffing levels.
  • Assist the Project Team in obtaining civil/structural related contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification
