Secretary (Site)
(Jawa Barat)


  • Position : Site Office Secretary
  • Location : Anyer, West Java
  • Duration : September 2011 – December 2012 (1 year and 3 months)
  • Reports to : Construction Manager


  • To provide the PBI Project FW PMC team with professional secretarial services.
  • To set up her office facilities as required enabling her to function in a safe and efficient manner.
  • To fully familiarise herself with the project procedures for document control, handling and distribution.
  • To set up a PC data base and keep an electronic record of all project documentation
  • To establish and maintain a thorough and secure system of filing documents received/sent from the site office
  • Keeps a site record of PMC personnel including emergency contact details, safety training, time keeping etc.
  • To prepare formal reports, spread sheets, PPT presentations etc as required by the CM.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.


  • Must be fluent in both spoken and written English language. Have experience of site office working in a project environment. Shall have excellent PC skills using Microsoft Office and other software with several years experienced in document control, preparation of reports, spread sheets, filing of records etc, etc. Must be self motivated capable of doing work with minimum supervision. Must have experience working in Indonesia

Human Resource Coordinator (Bali)

Job Description:

  • In charge of all practical issues related to offshore manning. For the initial 6 months, the incumbent will be required to be stationed in Singapore during the commissioning phase then will stationed overseas.
  • In charge of payroll for Indonesians offshore personnel.
  • Propose and implement local procedures for the handling of Indonesian offshore personnel when deemed necessary (i.e. travel expenses, recruitment, medical, etc.)
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection of Indonesian offshore personnel for the unit(s).
  • Planning rotation schedules for Indonesian and expatriate offshore personnel, establish and maintain favourable crew travel arrangements.
  • Keep track of Indonesian offshore personnel’s individual qualifications and certificates and communicate necessary training, courses, etc for Indonesian offshore personnel
  • Follow up the Indonesian offshore personnel cost and propose annual Indonesian offshore personnel budgets for each unit in close cooperation with the Operation Manager.
  • Keep track of expiry dates of expatriate visa and work permit in close cooperation with Executive HR Operations in Singapore and in Europe.

Education/ Experience:

  • Degree or High School Education with thorough background in Indonesia laws with respect to human resources employment issues
  • Preferably 5 years experience in supervisory position as HR officer or similar with actual negotiating experience with personnel and unions.


  • Ability to coordinate and manage negotiations in a solution oriented and construction fashion.
  • Ability to transform a problem into a challenge/ solution.
  • Good inter-personal and communications skill.
  • Must be able to assess and plan training needs and communicate these within the Operations office and to Singapore office.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.
  • Position is only open for local Indonesians.
  • Must have oil and gas experience.
